Starting back in 1997(?) when I retained you to provide an all day seminar for our support staff as well some of the professionals salespersons on the intricacies of effectively using Now-Up-To-Date and Now Contact, I have always felt you were a valuable resource to turn to not only with questions about using the Now products but with Filemaker Pro also.
